Melinda is a compassionate personal injuries lawyer dedicated to delivering quality and competent legal services. She predominantly represents clients who have suffered an injury during the course of their employment. Since joining Sciaccas Lawyers in 2016, Melinda has developed a passion for social justice and is committed to standing up for the rights of Queensland workers.

As part of Melinda’s commitment to serve clients and the community, Melinda regularly assists at the Caxton Legal Centre, volunteering her time to assist disadvantaged people in exercising their legal rights.
Melinda was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019 and is a member of the Queensland Law Society. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
