Ganesh joined Sciaccas Lawyers as an articled clerk in 1998 and has extensive knowledge and experience representing individuals who have been harmed, often through no fault of their own. Ganesh has had conduct of matters involving motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, slips and falls in public places, injuries caused by faulty products, public liability claims, medical negligence claims and claims within the mining industry. Since joining Sciaccas Lawyers, Ganesh has dedicated his time to advising and representing union members and he has a particular interest in matters dealing with breaches in workplace health and safety standards and matters involving allegations of careless workplace practices.
As an experienced litigator and highly effective negotiator, Ganesh works strategically to ensure he obtains the best possible outcome for his clients, many of whom have been disadvantaged and unfairly treated due to injury.

As part of Sciaccas Lawyers’ commitment to serve its clients and the community, Ganesh and his colleagues undertake regular visits to regional Queensland to meet with clients and provide them with detailed case updates.
Ganesh was admitted to practice in Queensland in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Business / Laws. Ganesh is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Lawyer’s Alliance.
Ganesh was recognised as a Recommended Leading Work Injury Compensation Lawyer in the 2020 Doyles Guide.
